Marlene joined Jane Addams Senior Caucus in July 2021 as a Housing Justice Organizer. Marlene grew up in Los Angeles and is passionate about affordable housing and political advocacy. As a first-generation Latina she is dedicated to uplifting and empowering marginalized community members through leadership development, education and organizing. She looks forward to working collectively with JASC members to advocate for safe, quality and accessible housing for all.
